By analysing a specific site within central London as a multiple layer deposition of memory, social flux, time-based movement, history and environment, the ultimate aim was to record a 'type' of urban incident. This urban' incident would then follow through a series of generative informational and analyical strata where the goal would be our own perception of a time moderated recording machine. Within the context of this analysis, it became evident that romance or rather the notion of a hidden romance away from London's ever vigilant Cctv networks became a major driving factor.
